The Toronto National Dairy Council has resolved to aßk tho Government to cancel the clause in the Australian Treaty allowing butter to enter Canada it on' cent a pound duty, which, it is claimed, is a wei blanket on the dairy industry, destroying tho moralo of Canadian dairymen.
