CHARGES AGAINST MEXICO. (BI CABLE-PBESS A6SOCIATIOH-COPYBIGHT.) (AUSTRALIA* AND K.B- CABLE ASBOCIAIIUH.) (Keceived November 23rd, 8.25 p.m.) NEW YORK, November 22. Hearst's newspapers throughout the country, which for the past fortnight have been attacking Mexico and President Calloa, to-day carried charges,, with facsimiles of documents allegedly supporting them, that President Calles, during the British coal strike in 1926, contributed 100,000 dollars directly to th strike fund of the British miners, as a secret aid to "the ideals of the prole tariat," and 250,000 dollars to Arcos, Ltd for transmission to Litvinoff, to the'eauso of the "world struggle."
