MISSISSIPPI SCHOOLS. (BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION— COPYRIGHT.) (AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) (Received November 22nd, 8.30 p.m.) WASHINGTON, November 21. The Supreme Court has handed down a decision declaring constitutional the Mississippi law which excludes Chinese from board schqols in that State on the ground that Chinese are not members of the white race.
