WELLINGTON, November 22. • The. explosion of a tin of methylated spirits, near which they were working with a lamp, resulted in George Jessen, twenty-five, and Charles Stanton, twenty-five, being badly burned at the Co-operative Dairy Producers' Freezing Company's buildings. Jessen was severely injured on the load, arms, body, and legs, and his condition.is sarious. It is understood that he was,to be married to-night. Stanton was burned on the arms and lead, but his condition is not serious.
