The intersection of Rangitikei and Featherston streets was the scene ot a collision to-night between a car driven by a man named Ross, of Wellington, and a motor-cyclist, Jack tleming,. aged 17 years, of Palmerston >ortn. The latter was picked up unconscious, and was sent to hospital. He had sustained uglr facial cuts and a fractured jaw. and expired before anything could be done fcr aim. _ . _
