ALL BLACKS' TOUR.
GREAT INTEREST IN AFRICA. [THE PRESS Special Service.! WELLINGTON, November 21. Among the passengers to arrive by the Makura to-day was Mr H. B. Douslin, formerly of Blenheim, who, after thirty years in the employ of the Rhodesian Government, has retired from the position of the head of the Public Works Department. Mr Douslin is verv much interested iii Rugby football, and trusts that arrangements will be made for the New Zealand team to play at least two matches in Rhodesia, one at Mafeking and the other at Salisbury (near the Victoria Falls). Ho does not think that the Rhodesiaus would be able to extend the New Zealanders, but they would receive a great welcome, and would be able to see a very interesting country in the heart of Africa where the man's law runs. Tremendous interest is being taken in South Africa in view of next year's visit of the New Zealand Rugby team, and some great battles are anticipated. Mr Douslin's advice to the New Zealanders is, "Keep your eyes on Ossler, one of the slickest and headiest backs ever turned out by Africa."
