(PBBSB ASSOCIATION TSLWKAX.) AUCKLAND. November 21. Mr Ivemasa Tokugawa, Japanese Consul-General at Sydney* arrived I by the Niagara this morning to have a look round the Dominion. He says that there are a few things he wishus to consult the New Zealand Government about, besides which it is imperative that countries bordering on the Pacific should have a proper knowledge of each other's viewpoint. There was an increasing desire in Japan to know more about the Antipodes.
