TO THE EDITOR Of TUB MESS, Sir,—lt may be of interest to your Welsh readers to know that Wales stands unique in possessing a clergyman who is 103 years of age—the Rev. Christopher Cook. Moreover, he is still the rector of Mamhilad, Pontypool. lie was bom in Clydaeh, near Swansea, in 1824, ordained in 1850, and has held his present living since 1552, surely a record. His son, who has a living in Monmouthshire, is 77! This clergyman's father, a doctor, lived to of 90, and was surgeon on a man-of-war at Trafalgar.—Yi.--.s, etc., C. A. TOBIN.
