Zoubkoff in the Registry Office at Bonn, where a civil ceremony was performed secretly in the. presence of two witnesses. [Princess Victoria is 61, and M. Zoubkoff is 27. It was at first announced that the ex-Kaiser had consented to the marriage, but later he refused his consent. M. Zoubkoff, who was penniless when he met the Princess, has had a picturesque career. He was once a sea-cook, and later a dish-washer in a restaurant.]
