♦ LORD DERBY'S ESTATE. (BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT.) (AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z CABLE ASSOCIATION.) (Eeceived November 20th, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, November 19. Lord Derby haß sold a great part of his Lancashire property, comprising ground rents of a value of £22,000 and houses, including practically the whole town of Bootle. The purchaser is Philip Hill, who is associated with the Beecham Estates and other companies. The price is approximately £1,750,000.
