CHRISTCHURCH PROGRAMME.

The Royal Colonial Institute, Canterbury Branch, has received information from the department of Internal Affairs, "Wellington, that the Right Hon. L. S. Amery has accepted the following programme for his visit to Christehurch on "Wednesday,. November 30th:— Morning: 'Visit various scholastic institutions ; 1- noon: civic reception; 1 p.m.: citizens' luncheon; '2.30 p.m.: .Mr Amery to attend meeting of farmers ; 3 p.m.: Mrs Amery to attend garden party at home of Mrs Deans, Riccarton, Mr Amery to follow at conclusion of farmers' meeting; 6 p.m.: dinner to be given by Royal Colonial Institute; 7 p.m.: Mr Amery to meet ex-Imperial soldiers and to open a Christmas fair at Returned Soldiers' Club Rooms; 8 p.m.: public address to be given by Mr Amery at the King Edward Barracks.
