BREAKING AND ENTERING.
■'PfIESS ASSOCIATIOX TZLSGRAM.) WELLINGTON, November 16. Five charges of breaking and entering business premises at Lower Hutc and stealing clothing, money, and office sundries to the value of £oG, and also breaking and entering the premises of the Hutt Cabinet Company with intent to commit a crime, were admitted by Thomas Douglas Forsyth. a labourer, aged 20, who said he had been out of work and wanted money to go elsewhere. He was committed for sentence. He also admitted stealing articles and money valued at £4 2s 6d, and the conversion of a motor-car valued at £550. On these charges he was remanded for sentence, pending the Supreme Court proceedings.
