Morley had been previously convicted within the past six months. . 4 female first offender was convicted and discharged, a prohibition order being issued offender was fined 10s. in default -'•* hours' imprisonment. THEFT CHARGE. Walter Egan was charged with the theft of goods and money to the total value of "3 10s. the property of Jane Edwards. Accused was remanded until Tuesday next bail being allowed in £SO, and one surety of £SO, OPOSSUM SKINS. t Clark was convicted and ordered to pay cost's on a charge of having opossum skins unlawfully in possession UNPAID TRAIN FARES. w Milne, for failing to pay his train fare, RICCARTON PROSECUTIONS, ir. v. For cycling on footpaths, the following fines were imposed :-E Eaton 10s and cosh, M A Jobberns 10s and costs, C. D. Taylor 10s and costs, and J. Vizer 10s and costs.
