It has been sugested that the cost of printing the pamphlets dealing with the tramways of the city, whicn have been distributed free in 'the cars for some days past, was borne bv the Tramway Board. The chairman of the Board (Mr A. S. Taylor) assured a representative of The Press yesterday that this was not the case.
