DOUBLE FATALITY.

MOTORIST COMMITTED FOR TRIAL. (i'HESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) HAMILTON, November 15. As tho outcome of a double fatality which occurred at Hillcrcst, on October loth, in a collision between a car and a motor-cycle, John Blair, aged 20, the car driver was to-day charged v ith negligent driving, thereby causing the death of John Ward. He pleaded not guilty, reserved his defence and was committed to the Supreme 'Court for trial, bail being renewed on bis own recognisance of I'L'OU and two sureties df £IOO each.
