Sir Samuel Hoare (Air Minister) and a party of Air Ministry technical experts will make an exhaustive test of & new Handley-Page automatic slotted wing device at Cricklewood on Friday next. The slotted wing device, in its present form renders it practically impossible for an aeroplane to stall, which is the most prevalent cause of disaster.
