LATE REV. W. LAYCOCK.
FUNERAL YESTERDAY. Many clerical and lay members of the Methodist Church, together with friends, attended the funeral of the late Rev. William Laycock, which took place at Bromley Cemetery yesterday afternoon. The Rev. B. J. James (Riccartou), assisted by fellow clergy, conducted the service at the graveside and the pallbearers wore: The Revs. H. J. Odell, A. Liversedge, W. H. Speer, and R. Rainc. Among those present were: Colonel G. J. Smith, M.L.C., the Hon. Mr Isitt, M.L.C., Messrs G. Bowron, J. C. Clarkson, R. Ballantyne, J. A. Flesher, A. R England, G. S. -Salter, John Gilraour, F. M. Warren, H. E. Peryman, H. Tobeck, R. Deacon, J. W. Dobbs, R. H. Turner, E. Hall, H. Flesher, F. Hubbard, the Revs. A. Peters, T. Fee W. Baumber, J. Guy, W. Greenslade, J. Harris, C. E. Ward, E. Waller, W. A. Hay, L. B. Xcale, W. J. Williams, and Lawry. Wreaths were received from: Mr and Mrs F. M. Warren, Mr and Mrs L. Calvert, Mr and Mrs Roskraye, Mr W. Ballantyne, Mr J. C.
