FOUND IN STABLE. I , ... ~ [THE PRESS Special Service.] AUCKLAND, November 14. What is alleged to be a whisky still was recently discovered in an old stable in front of a house in Mount Albert road. In the Police Court, John Mc? Sweeney, labourer, of St. Luke's road, Mount Albert, was' charged with haying an unlicensed still in his possession, John Norman Lyons, metal worker, residing in Edendale, was charged with supplying the still. At the request of Mr Hubble, who appeared for the Inspector of Distiller? ies, the Magistrate, Mr F. E, Hunt, adr journed the hearing of the charges until Friday. Bail was allowed.
