LONDON, November 12. Michael Fabcrty, the right-hand man of Mr Thompson, Mayor of Chicago, is returning to America after studying London's underground system on behalf of Chicago. He- says that he is thoroughly converted. America will tare to reform her ideas of England. It u a marvellously prosperous country. Nothing like the Armistice celebration eonld possibly occur in America. Americans who clamour for the repayment of the war debts should go to the battlefields. Not a penny should be paid until the war areas are rebuilt.
