SATURDAY'S GAMES.

PENNANT COMPETITION. Bowling greens played a triße b\ov on Saturday aiternoon, as a result of the shower in the raornin;, but otherwise no fault could be found with the conditions. Some clow and interesting contests wera witnessed, especially on the Linwood green, whore Hitgreaves (Rangiora) and Kershaw (Linwood) and Jennings (Rangiora) and Wilson (Linwood) tied on the last head.
