Pocket wireless sets, contained in a box the size of a cigarette-case and comprising a miniature valve- and equally minute batteries, are suggested for the use of the United States police. A small electric lamp on the policeman V jacket warns him that, an alarm is being broadcast, and he promptly listens-in with' collapsible earphones.
