FINED FOR CRUELTY.
(PSESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, November 11. Cruelty to horses was admitted by Harry Perrett, driver and overseer, and George Holder, driver, who were charged wdth driving horses which had rawsores, carting shingle over rough road. Perrett was fined £3 and costs and Holder £2 and costs.
