BILL PASSES THIRD READING. CAPE TOWN. November 7. The Senate passed l the third reading of the Flag Bill without trouble. It insisted upon its amendments, deletinc the retrospective and confiscating clauses from the Precious Stones Dill, thus making a joint sitting ot both Houses necessary.
