FALL TAKES ILL
(BT CABLI PB.ISS ASSOCIATION— COFTB.IQBT.) AXD KZ. CAILI ASSOCIATION WASHINGTON, November 4. A warrant was issued for Sinclair, alleging that he had tampered with the jury, but was later withdrawn. Mason Day, an alleged accomplice oi Sinclair in engaging detectives to shadow jurors, is being held under a bond of 25,000 dollars. Judee Siddons, expressing regret at the impossibility of an earlier date, said that the re-trial would begin on January 16th. A. B. Fall has been taken ill at his hotel.
Doctors declare that he is suffering a general breakdown and pulmonary congestion of the right lung. He is believed to be in a serious condition.
