Mason Day, an alleged accomplice oi Sinclair in engaging detectives to shadow jurors, is being held under a bond of 25,000 dollars. Judee Siddons, expressing regret at the impossibility of an earlier date, said that the re-trial would begin on January 16th. A. B. Fall has been taken ill at his hotel.

Doctors declare that he is suffering a general breakdown and pulmonary congestion of the right lung. He is believed to be in a serious condition.
