._■ « (press association telburam.) AUCKLAND, November' 5. The second hearing, of a case in which two waterside workers, Frederick Hoy and Robert Lee Bennett, claimed £BOO damages from John. E..Anderson .and W. E; ."Webster, carriers and forwarding agents, resulted in a verdict for defendants. Plaintiffs alleged Ihat'ihe falling of a bale of wool, which caused their injuries, was due to the negligence of defendants' employees.
