The Karl of Kinnoull announces his engagement to Miss May Merrick. He says he is opening a motor show room and will "make this my profession." Mrs Merrick is known as the Night Club Queen and will thus become mother-in-law to two peers, as her second daughter. Dorothy, married Lord de Clifford. TThe Countess of Kinnoull was granted a divorce on Tuesday on the erounds of her husband's misconduct.]
