D.1.C., WELLINGTON. £200,000 NEW BUILDING. (press association telegram.) WELLINGTON, November 2. The tender of the Hansford and Mills Construction Company was accepted by the directors of the D.I.C. for the erection of their new fiVe-storey building with frontages to Lambton quay, Brandon street, and Panama street. The demolition of the present premises will begin immediately after the Christmas season. It is understood the building when conifpleted will cost about £200,000.
