SYDNEY, November 1. The Magistrate in the Kogarah Court has ruled that it is illegal for a wireless shop to operate a loud speaker, thereby attracting crowds to the pavement. He fined a shopkeeper a nominal penalty for operating a wireless set in his Bhop. The decision is expected to have far-reaching effects.
