Egyptian Affairs. London, October 30. —The Egyptian Prime Minister has arrived" in London from Brussels to resume discussions on British and Egyptian relations, which were opened by Sir Austen Chamberlain on the occasion c.'King Fuad's visit. In view of the death of Zaghlul Pasha, importance is attached to the visit. King Fuad meets Sir Austen Chamberlain on Monday. Trench By-Election. Paris, October 30.—M. Millerand was elected to the Senate for the Department of Orne, where he defeated a Moderate Republican opponent. King Emanuel's Grandson. Rome, October 30.—Princess Mafalda has given birth to a son. This is King Emanuel's second grandchild. His first, who was a son of Princess Yolanda, died in infancy. ~ Olympic Games.
Berne, October 30. —The Olympic International Committee has referred the broken time question to the next Olympic Congress. Holland is commemorating the Olympiad by designing special stamps, representing boxers, fencers, rowers, footballers, and athletes.
