TENDER FOR LEASING. Undersigned is prepared to receive X on behalf of the Lytteltou Harbour Board Tenders for a Loaso of nil thai parcel of land containing by admeasurement 37.5 Perches, more or loss., situate at Lytteltou, and being Lot 10 on the plan of the Dampior's Bay Reclaimed Land of the Lytteltou Harbour Board, for a term nf 21 years at a rental to bo determined by Tender, but to bo not less than £llO (one hundred and ten pounds) per annum. Lessee to have the Lyttelton Harbour Board's approval to all plnus ot buildings or alterations of buildings. 5. Lessee to keep buildings insured against fire. 6. Lessee to insure against accident. 7. Lessee to keep buildings in repair, except against fair wear and tear. 8. Lessee not to remove any buildings, whether affixed to the freehold or not, without the consent of the Lyttelton Harbour Board. 9. Lessee may remove trade fixtures before the expiry of the period of the lease. ' 10. Lessee not to carry on any noxious trade, 11. Lessee not to assign or sub-let without consent. 12.
