YOU BET ! . AN BNHUSIASTIO RETAILER. In the course of their business retailers are called upon to supply all sorts of articles and goods to their customers, and it does not take them long to discover which articles are the most meritorious and popular. When customers order a particular line again and again and praise it highly for "the good it does you may depend upon it that that particular article has unusual merit. An indication of this popularity nf Anti-Acido occurred recently. A wellknown retailer, in writing to the manufacturers, stated: "You bet we are keen to sell a line that benefits our customers so greatly." This retailer knows the good AntiAcido has done and is doing, how it cures indigestion and stomach disorders and keeps his customers healthy and happy. That is why he is keen to sell it. Other retailers are the same. Everywhere Anti-Acido is considered the best selling and most popular proprietary article on the market. —4
A striking story of a bull fight iras told by n Gisborne resident. He stated that while he was at Muriwai a few days ago he saw an encounter between two bulls, a Hereford and a Polled Angus. As the fight commenced, the remainder of the cattle on the fcrm ran from all directions, and gathered round the contestants, just as crowds congregated at the arenas in Spain, or as New Zealanders collected when there was a scuffle in a busy street. On this occasion, the fight did not last long, for the Hereford threw in the towel and retreated, leaving the victorious Polled Angus surrounded by a. mob of cattle.
