OCCUPANT FINED £75. (rRF.SS ASSOCIATION TF.LECTUV.) WELLINGTON, October 28. Richard Coxon, a bootmaker, pleaded guilty to a charge of using premises as a common gaming-house. On the occasion of a recent raid he was found to bo in possession of £SO, and records found in the shop showed that he had taken £43 in bets that morning and had also laid extensive doubles. Ho had l>een previously before the Court. He was fined £75. Joseph Martin, aged 48, was fined £lO for assisting Coxon.
