NEW YORK, October 27., The Church Temperance Society of the Protestant Episcopal Church announced on Thursday that the returns of _the second poll throughout the nation of Episcopal clergymen .showed that they voted two to one that Prohibition was not the best solution to the liquor problem, and that the Volstead Act should be amended.
