ATTEMPT TO MURDER ITALIANS.
RAILWAY SHED BLOWN UP. (BY CABLE—PBXSS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT.) (AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z CA3LB ASSOCIATION.) PERTH, October 27. An explosion, believed to be a deliberate attempt to murder a number of Italians, occurred at Morawa, on the northern railway line, 175 miles north of Northam, when'live Italians out of 14 were seriously injured. The Italians were in a shelter-shed at Morawa railway station.. The explosive was either placed underneath the shed or thrown through the window. The railway property was considerably damaged. Only prompt action by citizens prevented the injured men from being burned to death.
