Hot Pulto, Hollyrood Highboy, and Kashmir also started. ATHLETICS. J SYDENHAM CLUB. An evening athletic meeting, run by tho Sydenham Amateur Athletic Club, under the auspices of tho Canterbuiy Amatour Athletic Association, was held at Lancaster Park yesterday. The racing was keen, ar.d some good times were registered. One of tho best races of the evening was the 440 yds hp-ndicap, which was won by A. Tideman by a yard in tho excellent timo of otseo.
