SOYIET SPY TRIAL. MILITARY COURT'S FINDING. (BI CABLB—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPIRIGHT.) (AUSTRALIAN AKD K.r. AND SUN CABLE.J (Received October 25th, 9.10 p.m.) MOSCOW, October 24. The Military Court has sentenced Vladimir and Cyril Prove and Koerpakoff to death and the others to two years' imprisonment. [Cyril and Vladimir Prove, sons of a former Moscow millionaire, Korepakoff, chairman to the Soviet War Department, Padreskoff, and Nanoff were tried for espionage on behalf of Great Britain before the Supreme Militarv Court, Commissar Ulrica presiding. A statement recently published in the Moscow newspapers said that papers which had fallen into the hands of the secret police proved conclusively that espionage was being carried on. It was declared that stolen secret plans and other documents had been transmitted to Mr Edward Charnock, secretary to the British Mission, and the chief agents in giving information were the Proves and Korepalcoff. Mr Chamock, who is in London, declared that the accusations were wholly unfounded.]
