POINTS TROPHIES. The winners of tho most points trophies at the Ellesmere A. and P. Show have now been figured out. The list is as follows: Lawrence Perpetual Challenge Cup, value, £SO, givon by Mr W. D. Lawrence, for most points in purebred sheep, fat sheep, and fat' lambs, winner to receive a miniature silver cup as a permanent memento —W. Letham, 48 points, 1; Joseph Brooks, run-ner-up, 44 points; R. J. Low, 33 points; Canterbury Agricultural College, 29 points. Perpetual Challenge Cup, presented by Canterbury Agricultural College for most points in purobred sheep classes—W. Letham; runner-up, R. J. Low. Silver, cup given by Mr T. A. Stephens for most points in fat iamb classes, to be won three times by the sUme exhibitor before becoming his proporty—While's Estate, 18 points.Canterbury Agricultural Collogo Challenge Shield for best yearling Shorthorn bull— Estate late W. B. Cunningham. Silver cup given by Kiwi- Dairy Company, value at 20gns, for most points in milking Shorthorn classes, for competition amongst suppliers of registered dairy companies, the winner each year receiving a miniature cup— F. Orump, 15 points; J. Stalker, 10 points. Silver cup given by Mr John Nixon, valued at lOgns, for most points in saddle, huttter, and harness classes, to_ be won three times in succession or four times at intervals before becoming the property of 'any exhibitor —Miss I. Rutherford, 11 points; D. W. Westenra, 11 points. The trophy goes to D. W. Westenra, who gained most firsts. Silver cup, valued at 7gns, given by Mr W. A. Gray for best hack on the ground, to be won three times, not necessarily in succession, before becoming the property of any exhibitor —Miss I. Rutherford <-The Tatler). Silver cup, valued at 15sns, given by the president, Mr R. T. McMillan, for most points in Clydesdales, to be won five times, not necessarily in succession, before becomine the property of any exhibitor —J. Boag, 28 points; H. E. Cook, 22 points; R. OakIcy. 18 points. . Shield, valued at 20gns, given by Mr T. A Stephens, for competition 'among schools in the show district, for most points in the junior section—lrwell School, 60 points; Leeston Convent, 34 points.
