Mr James Dunlop, in his presidential address at the annual meeting of the Sydney Chynber of Commerce, said commerce and industry generally were hampered by Governmental restrictions and continual pinpricks by those who led the workers, 'threatened by drought, and the possibility of stagnation in manufacturing through excessive costs and labour troubles, it would be folly to say that all was well, but Australia was too young and vigorous to be permanently put out of business by these troubles, and would win through.
