BOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. (PEEBS ASSOCIATION TZLZOBAU.) WELLINGTON, July 26. Eeplying to Mr Forbos in the House of Bepreaentatives to-day, the Prime Minister said, he could not say definitely when the Licensing Bill would be brought down. Mr Forbes: Is it finishedf Mr Coates: All the t's are not crossed. The following Bills were introduced and read a first time:—The Wellington City Exhibition and Grounds Bill (Mr McKeen), the Christchurch District Drainage Amendment Bill (Mr Howard). [The House proceeded to consider the bills relating to the Agricultural Colleges at Palmerston North and Lincoln, which discussion is reported elsewhere.}
