Cinema Art Films Limited, the Australian Ezhf itors' Alliance, Films (New Zealand) Limited, and the Universal Films Association announce the completion of a merger of their interests for Australian and New Zealand markets. The new organisation will be known as Cinema Art Films of Australia and New Zealand Limited.
