DANNEVIRKE, July 26. Proposed amendments to the Bankruptcy Act were discussed at the Dannevirke Chamber of Commerce, which resolved:—"This Chamber views with grave concern the number of clauses in the proposed amendment of the Bankruptcy Act which are detrimental^ to the trading community, and the considered recommendations of the Associated Chambers of Commerce in regard to the Act be given effect to.
