FULLERS' OPERA HOUSE.
MIDNIGHT FROLICS : LAST WEEK.
Despite the inclement weather, another large audience witnessed the final production of the Midnight Frolics Company in the Opera House last night. Chief among the fun-makers were Messrs Clem Dawe, Eric Edgley, Les. White, Ronald Stafford, Nell McGuire, Dorothy White. Alex. Regan, Gregory Ivanoff, and Violet Lester. Undoubtedly it is one of the brightest shows put on the boards for some months, the assortment of sketches being well varied and diverting. The principal ones were: "The Toy Shop''; "Our Parochial Gathering," which depicted the enactment of a parish concert; "Cook Your Goose" and "A Musical Court Scene." The closing comedy was "Fun in the Cabaret." There was a strong musical element throughout the programme. The Russian violinist, Gregory Ivanoff, played several numbers, including a 'Valse Bluette." A not pouri of operatic and jazz melodies was nlaved by the Midnight Frolics Orchestra. An ~• -which proved to be very popular was "Fireside Melodies," sung by the entire company. ___^_________
