A LL OWNERS and OCCUPIERS are reA quiredl to thoroughly CLEAN, THE WATER-RACES running through their Prorerties during the undermentioned periods, when the Gates at the Intakes will he closed down to facilitate the work of cleaning. Clause 10 of "The Waterworks By-laws" will be strictly enforced: — - 1 E Races and Branches, Rakaia-Chertsey District, Ist to 6th of August inclusive. 2 C and D Races and Branches. ChertseyDromore District, 15th to 20th August, inclusive.-. 3 A B and F Races and Branches, Dro-more-Ashburton and Winchmore Districts Wakanui, and Seafield Mains and Sub Mains, 15th to 20th August, inclusive. 4. Ashburton Forks, Springburn, Mount Somers, and Alford Races, 22nd to 27th August, inclusive; 5. Ashburton-Rangitata District.
