REQUIREMENTS OF DOMINIONS. EXPERT DELEGATION. (rtOM OCX OTO COEBESfO.VDIHT.) LONDON, December 15. At the invitation of Sir Philip Cun-liffe-Lister (President of the Board of Trade), the Prime Ministers °f Australia and New Zealand, Mr D. T. Chadwick, of the Indian delegation to the Jmperial Conference, and Mr J>P. J; Brunt, secretary to s the office of the High Commissioner for the Union of South Africa, met representatives of the motor industry for a discussion on the development of Empire trade in motor vehicles. Each of the overseas representatives made a statement as to the requirements in his particular country, and a general discussion followed. At the close of the conference, the manufacturers expressed their cordial thanks to the representatives of the Dominions and India for Riving up so much of their time to these meetings, and for the valuable advice and assistance which they had afforded to the industry. Tho British motor manufacturers announced that they had decided to dispatch an expert del* ff *ti6h at the earliest possible mornent to eswlore the whole position in Empire markets, and j to report to the industry at home as I to any further steps which should he taken to meet overseas recuirenients.
