SHIPPING NOTES. The Progress is now due to-morrow from Timaru. She loads on Monday for Wellington, New Plymouth, and Waikato. The John is now due on Tuesday. She is to sail in the afternoon with cargo for Wellington, Wanganui, New Plymouth, and Hokianga. • ' . The Calm, duo to-morrow from Timaru, loads on Monday for Wellington and Wanganui. The Storm is expected from Wellington to-morrow, and she is ' to sail on Monday for Dunedin and Timaru. The Totara is timed to load at Lyttelton on Thursday next for Wellington and New Plymouth.' \ The Katoa Bhould bo back from Dunedin to-morrow. On Monday Bhe loads for Auckland, and sails via Wellington. The Kamo is expected from the south on Wednesday, and loads on Thursday for Napier and Gisborne. The steamer West Conob is due at Lyttelton to-morrow from Nelson to discharge cargo from West Coast ports of the United States. • . The Athcnic is to sail to-day for Wellington to complete loading for London. The Cygnet shoula arrive to-night from Kaikoura and Wellington. She is to be dispatched on Monday night for the same ports. On bbard the Northumberland, due at Lyttelton on January 26th, are 2000 tons of general cargo. On Thursday the Elkridgo will commence the discharge of 141,000 ft of American timber. She will also have 17,000 cases of oil and 145 tons of general cargo. The Yomah will unload 1500 tons of general cargo at Lyttelton on January 28th.
