NEW SOUTH WALES MEASURE. (BS PABLKtttPEE(S3 ASSOCIATION—COPTBIGHT.) UiISfBAIIAV AMD H.Z, CABLE ABSOCIATIPH.) SYDNEY, January 19. The Assembly read a first time the Transport Bill, which is framed on the lines of the English and New Zealand Acts.
It provides for the appointment of a Transport Board consisting of Railway Commissioners, which will be emplpyed to operate motor-buses in competition with privateiyrpwned services, and for the insurance pf passengers on public vehicles by owners.
