LOAN POLL CARRIED. Only 53 of the ratepayer? on the ro]l of the Mt. Pleasant riding of the Heathcpte Cpunty voted yesterday on a proposal to raise a loan fpr the purpose p£ purchasing transformers, erecting street lighting, and extending electrical mains in the riding. The proposal was carried by -19 votes to pine.
