AMUSEMENTS.
EVERYBODY'S THEATRE. The story 0I Sweet Nell of Old Drury still has the appeal that it had ages ago, and it is the beat-loved tale of illicit love there is. British National Pictures' production of "Nell ■ Gwynne" is an artistic triumph, and truer art than the actfng of Dorothy Gish ia the title rolo could not be expected. The director ha 3 exploited to the full the true and traditionary facts dealing -with the pretty orange seller who fouud favour in the eyes of "the Merry Monarch," and who lives witn her dressing-room companion, Mrs Knipp, in the leaves of Sam Pepys'B Diary.
