OFFICIAL RECOUNT. The official recount of the poll taken last week to elect two commissioners for the Kowai division of the Ashley River Trust was concluded yesterday. The figures are as follows, those of the first count being also given in parentheses : K, Peach 128 (132) Thomas Wyllie ... 127 (1.37) J. I). Wyllie ... 123 (131) Messrs R. Peach and Thomas AVvllie are accordingly elected.
