PRESIDENT'S WISHES OVERRIDDEN. (sr cists—nisi Aisocuno*—corraioHT.) (AUSTEALIAH AND V.Z. CABLZ ASSOCUTIOH.) WASHINGTON, January 17. The Senate Appropriations Committee reported the Naval Supply Bill to the Senate providing for appropriations for three additional battle-cruisers, increased personnel for the Navy, and additional aeroplanes, thereby overriding the wishes of President Coolidge and the Budget bureau.
